      HOW TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION

      New Registrations: Trade contractors who have never registered their State licenses with the City MUST do so in person at the Neighborhood Services Division office, 108 E. Broadway St. New registrants must provide their current State license and an acceptable form of government-issued identification.

      Renewal of Registration: Any contractor performing electrical, mechanical or plumbing work within the corporate limits of Sand Springs who holds an active registration with the City or who has been registered with the City at some point after July 1, 2004, can use this online application submittal to renew his or her registration. All registrations are effective July 1 and expire June 30 the following year (or portion thereof). There is no pro-ration. Renewals are accepted after June 1st each year.

      What is required: Registrants must attach a scanned copy of both the front and back of their current state license along with this completed online renewal form. The $125 fee per trade license registration must be paid IN ADVANCE before a renewal can be processed. Neighborhood Services staff will call the contact person at the telephone number provided to make credit/debit card payment arrangements.
