2019 Flood Info

In the event of Flooding of  Structure (Residential/Commercial) a Flood Damage Assessment as Part of the National Flood Insurance Program is needed. Please Contact the City of Sand Springs Neighborhood Services Department at 918-246-2500, ext 2572 or at neighborhoodservices@sandspringsok.org to schedule an assessment. This needed regardless of whether a property has Flood Insurance or not. Results of this required effort will help to determine the level of disaster recovery funding that will be awarded to communities. Additionally, Flood Repair Permits will be issued for structures with Flood Damage, with all associated permit and inspection fees being waived. We appreciate your cooperation and help making this a seamless process.
