Historic Tour
Sand Springs, Oklahoma is a unique town whose rare history gives much pride to its residents. Sand Springs came about during Oklahoma's "golden age" of wealth and opportunity. Arriving in 1908, Charles Page founded Sand Springs to fulfill his dream of creating a planned industrial city.

The legacy of Charles Page lives on within the community and touches many of the town's assets: architecture, businesses, industries and people.  A self-guided historic tour has been created for our visitors to view some of these many assets in Sand Springs. Print a map or view online to tour Sand Springs at your own pace. Bike, walk, drive- heck even run! Enjoy our community, the rich history and culture that we are eager to share with you.
