Employee Assistance Program
The City participates in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to the employee.  This is an anonymous program created to assist employees experiencing a multitude of various personal, medical and/or financial problems.

Lincoln Financial - Life and Accidental Dealth
The City of Sand Springs pays for 1 x Annual Salary in Group Life Insurance benefits in addition to Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance

Employees may elect additional life coverage for and additional cost.

Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OMRF)
The City of Sand Springs participates in the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund.

Employees are required to contribute 4% to the fund to wit the City contributes 8%.  The employee becomes vested in the employer contributions after 5 years of continued service.
