The City of Sand Springs is participating in programs to benefit public infrastructure, energy efficiency and public safety through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) – commonly known as the federal economic stimulus package approved by Congress and signed into law by President Obama in February 2009. The following information in provided on the status of ARRA projects affecting the City of Sand Springs, and their associated costs, to give citizens a better understanding of how ARRA dollars are being spent by their City government.
