The City of Sand Springs' Click2Gov service for water and sewer customers provides the ability to pay City Utility bills online with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. These payments may be made from any computer with internet access; whether at home, the office, or on the road. In addition to making a payment, customers can access comprehensive, up-to-date account information, billing history, and service and consumption summaries over the Internet.
Setting up your On-line Password:
When you first access the Click2Gov service, you will need to setup a Password for your account.

Other Features of Click2Gov:
Customer account information - View your account information, including account status and balance, last bill sent, and last payment received.
Payment history - View your account's payment history, including pending payments. Consumption summary information - Display your account's consumption summary information for each meter, including last reading, average daily usage, and period usage.
Customer billing history - View your account's billing history, including bill date, due date, balance forward, current charges, and total billed amount.
There are two methods available to make payments using Click2Gov.
1.'On Demand' payments allow you to enter your credit card information into a secure on-line Billfold. This allows you to make payments more quickly each time you access Click2Gov.
2.'Immediate' payments will allow you to enter your credit card information for one-time use.
