Herbal Affair & Festival
30th Anniversary Sand Springs Herbal Affair & Festival ~ Saturday, APRIL 13, 2019
8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Rain or Shine
The City of Sand Springs hopes you will join us on Saturday, April 13, 2019 for the 30th Anniversary Sand Springs Herbal Affair & Festival. Between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., more than 100 vendors will be on-hand selling herbs, perennials, natives and heirlooms plants, along with herbal products, gardening supplies and décor and more. Live music and great food can also be found to complete this fun-filled Saturday!
Parking? Try riding the FREE shuttle service (8am-4pm) by parking at Charles Page High School (500 N. Adams Road) and enjoy the short ride into our historic downtown Triangle District! You can buy products in the event and carry them with you on the shuttle. Other parking is on-street near downtown.
Looking to participate in our show in 2020?
Please monitor our Face Book page as we invite potential NEW vendors to submit an application in January of next year. Remember, for ALL vendors you must fall into one of these four (4) categories:
Grower/Producer Vendor- farmer/ rancher/gardener that grows/raises 100% of the fruit, vegetable, herb, nut, grain, meat, fiber, dairy, egg, honey, plants and flowers on their own farm.
Prepared Food Vendor- a licensed, prepared food handler who prepares 100% of the food items they sell.
Craft Vendor- a crafts person who produces the finished craft items (such as body care, pottery, candles, baskets, garden related items, etc.) they sell. Direct sales companies such as Amway, Avon, Arbonne, Scentsy, etc. to not meet this criterion.
Food Vendor- Food vendors that prepare and sell food on-site (ex: food trucks)
What began in 1989 as a small downtown street sale has grown to attract over 25,000 people and spurred other communities to host similar events. However, the Sand Springs Herbal Affair & Festival remains the “queen” of herbal festivals as the largest and most respected in the state.
Do you know someone who has made a wonderful impact on the Sand Springs community? Would you like to help recognize their efforts? Why not submit someone for the Hometown Hero Award? We'll be taking applications after the 2020 New Year!
