Puppy Peddlers A Problem Without Licenses

The peddler who sells his wares from a roadside stand is a part of American legend. But if they are doing it in Sand Springs, they need a City license. The same goes for individuals selling puppies or other pets in parking lots of local businesses. John Selph Receives Hess Citizenship Award

John Selph Wins Hess AwardWhat John Hess did for Sand Springs as Mayor in the 1960s, John Selph did for Tulsa County in the 1980s, 1990s and into the early years of this century. The citizenship displayed by both men reshaped the Sand Springs community in perpetuity. Through receipt of the John M. Walker Retains Mayoral Seat for Fourth Year
